    Job Summary Patisserie 46 is seeking a Pastry Cook to join our team! Join the culinary excellence at Patisserie 46 the epitome of French bakery artistry nestled in the heart of South Minneapolis. We're on the lookout for individuals who share our fervor for crafting exceptional quality fare and thrive in collaborative environments with impeccable communication, positivity, and an unwavering eye for detail.

    In this role, you will prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and other sweets. The ideal candidate has previous bakery experience and a passion for developing innovative desserts. If you are creative, hardworking, and want to share your tasty creations with guests, we’d like to hear from you!

    Responsibilities:

    Prepare a variety of desserts and sweets, including cakes, cookies and pastries

    Decorate and produce cakes and baked goods

    Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas

    Prepare custom orders

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred

    Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment

    Knowledge of food safety practices

    Previous experience;; 2 years preferred

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment

    Strong organizational and time-management skills

    Team player with strong leadership skills

    Available for early morning shifts
