The firm is seeking a Patent Agent to join theIP Transactions & Strategies group. This role offers the opportunity to work on both U.S. and foreign prosecution matters, Inter Partes Reviews, and the freedom to operate analyses and perform due diligence for corporate transactions and technology transfers. The candidate will also help develop IP strategies and support portfolio development for technology companies.

Compensation:

• Target Salary Range: $135,000–$150,000
• Bonus Potential: Dependent on performance and firm policy

Candidate Parameters:

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in patent prosecution, office action responses, and technology-related IP matters.
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Skills: Strong technical background with proficiency in drafting patent applications and responses.
• Patent Bar Admission: Preferred but not required.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
