Role:

Local Counsel

Duties:

Work closely with our patent attorneys on the filing of the complaints in Federal Court.

Ensure that all filings adhere to the local rules

Effectuate Service

Keep track of expenses against an advanced retainer

Compensation:

Blended Arrangement: $300.00 per case plus a contingency fee based on recovery.
