Role
As a Senior Maintenance Technician specializing in PLC (also known as Electrical Maintenance Specialist, Automation Technician), you will ensure equipment uptime through in-depth electrical troubleshooting of 480VAC & 24VDC components. You will have a strong working knowledge of various operating systems in the plant, including Allen Bradley (AB), B&R automation, Siemens, and Zenon. You will also act as a subject matter expert in frequency drives, human machine interface (HMI), plant operating systems, and data collection/system backups. Additionally, you will perform troubleshooting and repair of facilities and auxiliary equipment, and general electrical maintenance of the building and grounds.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in an electrical maintenance environment.
- Experience in managing people/projects.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical and instrumentation diagrams.
- Familiarity with PLC Hardware (I/O modules, communication modules, CPUs and safety relays).
- Knowledgeable on RSLogix 5000, SIMATIC Step 7 and Factory Talk Studio.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High School Diploma or GED. Associate's Degree in manufacturing, manufacturing technology, mechatronics, industrial manufacturing, manufacturing automation or other similar manufacturing-related specialization is preferred.
