Role

As a Maintenance Mechanic (also known as Equipment Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Engineer), your primary responsibility will be to perform preventative maintenance on equipment, conduct safety inspections, diagnose and repair issues, and order necessary parts. You'll also provide innovative solutions for mechanical equipment breakdowns in a customer-oriented manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years mechanical experience in a high-speed packaging and/or manufacturing environment (food industry is highly preferred).
• Good knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and Lockout Procedures.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail with a customer service attitude.
