Role
As a Machine Operator (also known as Equipment Technician, Production Machine Operator), you'll be responsible for operating, calibrating, and troubleshooting machinery. This is not a push-button role; hands-on experience is essential. You'll also manage the machine that measures, prints, cuts, folds, and glues to form bags, ensuring the overall operation and performing all machine set-ups and adjustments as required.

Qualifications
- High School GED or Diploma required; Associate’s Degree from an accredited college preferred.
- Two years of work experience in a related industry and ability to work Monday - Thursday/ 12hr Night shift 7pm-7am.
- Mechanical inclination, ability to read measuring tools, and experience with computers and other business equipment.
- Must complete Safety Orientation, Departmental Safety Training and OSHA Standards Training.
