Role
As a Plant Controller (also known as Cost Manager, Manufacturing Financial Analyst), you'll be responsible for analyzing and reporting financial results, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining internal controls, developing standard costs, and supervising a small accounting team. You'll also attend production meetings and perform periodic plant walkthroughs to discuss production and costing issues.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Plant Controller or Cost Manager in a manufacturing environment, with emphasis on cost accounting, reporting, and variance analysis.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software (SAP).
