Role

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician (also known as Building Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Worker), you'll support the maintenance needs of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include routine cleaning, moving furniture, managing maintenance requests, performing repairs, and conducting routine inspections. You'll also work with the Facilities team and outside vendors on special projects, operate motor equipment, and maintain a professional team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic maintenance experience such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
• Proficiency in creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, Electrical Troubleshooting, Mechanical Troubleshooting, Machine Safety Inspections, and HVAC.
