Role
As an Engineering Technician I (also known as Plant Technician, Maintenance Technician), you'll work on the production floor, performing diagnostic visits on production lines, participating in annual line rebuilds/overhauls, and providing support to the plant maintenance teams. You'll also assist in the training of other Engineering Technicians and contribute to the long-term success of the facilities.

Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Engineering or other related field (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment or position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and exhibit leadership capability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
