Role
As an Equipment Maintenance Technician (also known as Mechanical Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic), you'll troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You'll work with schematics, technical drawings, and testing equipment, maintain industrial control systems, and collaborate with team members to ensure equipment uptime and quality control.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma; Associate’s Degree in manufacturing, manufacturing technology, mechatronics, industrial manufacturing, manufacturing automation or other similar manufacturing-related specialization preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar maintenance environment, managing people/projects.
- Proficient skills with precision measuring equipment, such as calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and depth gauges.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
- Experience with variable frequency drive (VFD), servo drives, and servo motors is a plus.
