Role
As a Facilities Technician (also known as Maintenance Technician, Facilities Maintenance Specialist), you'll be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing facility and building equipment. You'll perform preventative maintenance, maintain a safe working environment, complete work assignments in a timely fashion, and communicate maintenance issues to the Maintenance Supervisor. You'll also have the opportunity to recommend process improvements.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a facility maintenance role, with detailed knowledge and experience required in Electrical (up to 440v), High Voltage (600v plus), understanding of Delta and Wye systems, Welding, Boilers, and Compressors.
- Experience in at least one of the following is required: HVAC, Data, High Voltage, Machining, or PLC’s.
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills are required.
