About your role:

Our Mental Health Professionals work with adults ages 16 and older living in adult family homes or Assisted living facilities, who need additional behavior support to maintain their placement. This position creates an Individual Behavior Support Plan with the client and meets with them weekly to focus and work toward their goals. You will also engage the residential staff and families, collaborating and educating them on ways to more successfully work with the clients. You will provide documentation of the collaboration with family, DSHS, residential staff, ECS team and all other involved parties, to ensure the client is receiving the necessary care.

Does the following apply to you?

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field (BCBA), preferred

Ability to pass State and Federal background checks, and have valid Driver’s license and automobile insurance

Preferred but not required experience:

Geriatric, SPMI, or long-term care populations

Behavioral health patients

Clinical or case management work in rehabilitation philosophy
