Job Summary
Polite and professional to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding customer service to HCD patients. The Patient Call Center Representative may handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response. Promote a safe, pleasant, and harmonious environment for team and patients.
Responsibilities
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as required.
Maintain patient cancellation list
Follow up calls to patients who have missed their appointment
General clerical duties
Fax, photocopy
Updates patient information at registration.
Input patient data and documents into Electronic Health Record (EHR)
Maintain clean workspace
Identifies and escalates urgent and emergent patient issues
Routes calls to appropriate resources when unable to resolve the complaint/concern
Documents all call information according to standard operating procedures
Exercises sound judgement and decision making
Communicates clearly, takes initiative and is flexible
Exhibits good interpersonal communications skills

Qualifications
Strong customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail
Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite
Previous office experience desired
Arabic as a SL is a plus
