Job Overview:
The ACM Specialist role focuses on optimizing our savings programs, including copay cards, patient assistance programs, and alternative sourcing, to achieve significant cost savings for clients and members. This role collaborates with healthcare providers, members, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and effective utilization of these savings opportunities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify and implement opportunities within our Agile Channel Management Program to maximize cost savings for clients and members.
- Handle incoming inquiries related to savings programs, including copay cards, patient assistance programs, and alternative sourcing.
- Conduct outbound communication to members, prescribers, and pharmacies to promote and facilitate the use of savings programs.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and members to ensure the seamless integration of savings opportunities into their medication plans.
- Assist members in enrolling in and navigating various savings programs, ensuring they understand and can effectively utilize these options.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow within DisclosedRx.
- Assist in training new team members by providing comprehensive onboarding, role-specific training, and ongoing support.
- Mentor new hires by offering practical, hands-on experience.
- Will be cross trained for Prescription Navigator functions to ensure flexibility and coverage.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Handle incoming calls from members, prescribers, and pharmacies regarding medication and insurance plan inquiries, including prior authorizations.
- Conduct outbound calls to address and resolve medication-related issues and provide proactive assistance to members.
- Assist members in understanding their prescription benefits, including coverage details, copayments, and formulary information.
- Document all member interactions, interventions, and outcomes accurately and comprehensively in the internal database.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication skills).
- Bilingual (preferred but not required)
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse individuals.
- Previous experience in healthcare customer service or a related field is preferred.
