Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience during check-in and check-out.

• Coordinate and manage scheduling for our providers to maximize efficiency and deliver exceptional client service.

• Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries, both in-person and over the phone.

• Maintain detailed client records and manage appointments with precision and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with the team to anticipate client needs and provide solutions proactively.

• Support the daily operations of the med spa, ensuring a seamless workflow for clients and staff.
