Position Overview We are looking for an organized and responsible Patient Care Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience in a plastic surgery office. The ideal candidate should be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing excellent patient care. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage patient inquiries and follow-ups.
Perform consultations (virtually and in-person) to understand patient goals, discuss treatment options, and ensure a comprehensive understanding of the procedures offered.
Track and maintain patient conversion data, manage spreadsheets, and prepare monthly reports.
Coordinate surgery schedules, collect payments, and assist patients with financing options.
Maintain and update patient records, including electronic medical records and implant data.
Order and manage inventory for procedures, ensuring availability of necessary materials.
Ensure all pre-surgery requirements are met.
Provide patient education regarding procedures, recovery, and post-op care.
Assist with administrative duties like answering phone calls, responding to emails, and coordinating appointments.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years working in a plastic surgery office.
Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Traits: A responsible and motivated individual who can manage multiple priorities, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Languages: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
