We are searching for a fun and enjoyable Patient Care Coordinator/Front Desk to join our team at our Woodlawn and Towson Facilities (Monday through Friday). The position is a full time split position between two of our locations. Please fully read the description below before applying.
Therafit Rehab is an Outpatient Neurological Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy clinic. We are privately owned and have created a fun and enjoyable atmosphere to treat our patients with an amazing therapy team.
We are looking for someone that is friendly, dynamic, has excellent multitasking capabilities, enjoys a fast-paced atmosphere, while being kind and courteous to everyone that they encounter. Experience working as a medical receptionist and/or therapy aide is a plus, but not required. If you do not have experience in this field, please explain in a cover letter why you would be great at this job.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Scheduling patients in our electronic medical record system
Answering phone calls
Uploading new patient's paperwork and information into the electronic medical record
Completing statistics and metrics
Data entry
Maintaining a clean work environment (cleaning therapy equipment, stocking and organizing materials, wiping down mat tables)
Aiding therapists as needed with patient needs such as guarding for patient safety and assisting with physical lifts to help transfer patients on and off equipment
Collect patient co-payments and co-insurance payments
Tech-savvy
Experience with Google Docs and Google sheets
Experience working with people with physical and mental disabilities or the desire to work with this population
