SensAble Kids is looking for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for new families and referral sources.     About Us:

    SensAble Kids provides Speech, Occupational, and Developmental Therapies for children of all abilities, from birth and beyond. Our team is committed to fostering growth, communication, and connection in a fun and supportive setting.

    About the Role:

    As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will ensure a seamless intake process for new families while also building strong relationships with referral sources such as pediatricians, schools, and other healthcare providers. This role combines administrative support, client care, and marketing outreach to help more children receive the therapy they need.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Serve as the first point of contact for new families, answering inquiries with warmth and professionalism.

    Guide families through the intake process, managing paperwork and scheduling evaluations.

    Provide information about our therapy services to families and referral sources.

    Coordinate appointments, insurance verifications, and physician scripts.

    Follow up with families to ensure quality care.

    Maintain and adjust therapist schedules and caseloads.

    Greet and screen clients at the door.

    Assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks.

    Develop and nurture relationships with referral sources through outreach, follow-ups, and community engagement.

    Assist in marketing efforts, including networking, promotional materials, and representing SensAble Kids at community events.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.

    Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

    A warm, outgoing, and professional demeanor.

    Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

    Works well independently and as part of a team.

    Passion for working with children and their families.

    Experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or marketing is a plus!

    Position Details:

    Full-Time Position

    Start Date: Early June

    Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience).

    Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, daytime hours (no weekends!).

    Location: In-person at our welcoming clinic.
