We are seeking to bring on board a Patient Care Coordinator (30-40 hours/week) to expand our existing team. Collaborating with our current provider team, you will assist in caring for our patients. Together, you will support our providers in addressing various musculoskeletal conditions using comprehensive physical and functional medicine approaches to achieve exceptional outcomes. With a substantial patient base, we collaborate with numerous local physicians and surgeons and benefit from strong referral networks. Our facility boasts aquatic therapy with an underwater treadmill and swim current, top-notch rehab equipment, massage therapy, laser therapy, physical therapy, orthotics, nutrition, personal training, and functional medicine services. Our approach is grounded in research, focused on delivering results, and dedicated to providing top-tier service.
