Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain positive relationships with current pregnant and postpartum clients • Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally • Assist clients with questions regarding membership benefits and scheduling needs • Empathize with and provide emotional support to clients dealing with pregnant and postpartum struggles • Encourage clients to utilize our wellness services • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text • Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service • Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system as necessary Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management • Full-time availability • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients • Experience with CRM systems • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure • Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry preferred • Empathy and compassion for engaging with pregnant and postpartum issues Compensation: $20 hourly
