    Become the face and heartbeat of our practice! We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic team member with a positive attitude and a friendly smile who will deliver a concierge level of service to our patients. This position requires a self-starter characteristic, who is able to problem solve, multi-task, and be solution-driven throughout the day. We are willing to train the right person, as long as they meet the characteristics stated above and also meet the criteria listed in the responsibilities. This highly sought-after position offers participation in our workshops, continuing education as well as the opportunity to grow/develop your skillset. You will be a part of a high-achieving team looking to enhance the patient experience and take the practice to the next level. This is a full-time position with an immediate start. Salary and benefits will vary depending on experience. Responsibilities: • Able to quickly build rapport with patients and ensure a positive experience • Have a developed skillset for phone mannerisms and etiquette, we will do further training as well • Be the point person for multiple tasks and projects as assigned • Manage and maintain our practice schedule with guidance • Assist the team with duties/tasks with enthusiasm and a high level of follow-through • Be an ambassador for and a promoter of our practice • Openly participate in team meetings, and team building workshops and contribute on a high level • Be ambitious, creative and enjoy a challenge Qualifications: We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic team member with a positive attitude and a friendly smile who will deliver a concierge level of service to our patients.
