    We are excited to invite dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our dynamic team as Patient Navigator Advocate (PNA) at Mid Cities Psychiatry. In this vital role, you will help patients get better by managing referrals, and educating them about our services including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Esketamine, and Ketamine therapies.

    As a Patient Navigator Advocate at our clinic, you will be instrumental in educating patients, responding to their inquiries, and ensuring meticulous documentation. Your role supports patients on their path to recovery by facilitating access to TMS treatment, coordinating with various teams to verify benefits, and handling prior authorizations. We are looking for candidates who are not only passionate about mental health but also thrive in dynamic environments having experience in sales, preferably in healthcare and be known for their adaptability and proactive approach. Your personable and engaging demeanor will create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for our patients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Patient Experience & Education: Provide a welcoming and supportive environment while educating patients on therapies, including TMS, Esketamine, and Ketamine.

    Provider Coordination: Receive referrals from providers, communicate with them about patient progress, and ensure coordinated care between providers and TCNs.

    Communication & Support: Address inquiries in a timely fashion from patients as well as from all the team members with professionalism and accuracy, staying informed on workflow updates and procedural changes.

    Insurance & Payment Processing: Verify insurance coverage for behavioral and primary care services, establish payment plans, and meet or exceed scheduling benchmarks.

    Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with providers to ensure seamless patient care.

    Documentation & Service Promotion: Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and inform patients about additional services as appropriate.

    Escalation & Follow-Through: Effectively manage escalations, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate follow-up.

    Full-time role: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

    Salary: Base Pay of $41,000 - $49,000 with commission for every patient booked, with potential earnings up to $62,000.

    Qualifications:

    Education & Experience: At least Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years in sales, customer service, or lead generation (healthcare experience preferred).

    Technical Skills: Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite and EMR systems (Mid Cities Psychiatry uses iPatientCare)

    Sales & Communication: Background in sales with a personable, bubbly, and engaging demeanor, creating a welcoming patient experience.

    Problem-Solving & Organizational Skills: Proactive, organized, and adaptable, with the ability to handle patient concerns, multitask, and solve problems creatively in a fast-paced environment.

    Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and basic data management software.

    Office setting with a focus on desk work and frequent computer use and phone.
