Patient Outreach Coordinator: UBMD Primary Care seeking a part-time Patient Outreach Coordinator who will be responsible for patient outreach via phone with a focus on scheduling annual visits and gaps in care utilizing clinic rosters. The Patient Outreach Coordinator will be remote after a training period and candidates will need to be onsite for weekly/monthly meetings. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in health care. Candidates should also have experience with excellent communication, organizational, customer service, and multi-tasking skills.
Pay range is $17-$18/hour. Any offer of employment is contingent upon a successful background check and drug screen. AA/EOE
