At ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine, we’re seeking an enthusiastic Patient Relations Specialist (PRS) to be the friendly face and first point of contact for our patients.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our patients feel valued and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do

Create exceptional experiences: Greet every patient with warmth, build rapport, and address their individual needs.

Stay on top of clinic operations: Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, manage provider calendars, and maintain accurate patient records.

Support patient care: Collect payments, assist with insurance verification, and ensure smooth transitions throughout their visit.

Collaborate seamlessly: Work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure every patient receives the care they deserve.

Embrace new challenges: Learn clinic software and adapt quickly to changes in processes.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience (required).

Associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Must be 18 years of age or older.
