Key Details:
- Title: Patient Scheduling Coordinator
- Pay: $19.60 - $22.00/hour DOE
- Bilingual Pay Policy: We also have a Bilingual Pay Policy! If you pass the language proficiency test, you are eligible to receive a $1.25 per hour increase.
- Schedule: Full-time; M-TH with four 10 hour shifts between 8 am – 6:30 pm.
- Location: 18633 SE Stark St., Suite 401 – Portland, OR

What You’ll Do: As our Patient Scheduling Coordinator, you're often the warm welcome to our clinic. Your mission? Serve up A+ customer service, book appointments, and keep the community informed.
_ Here's what's on your plate:_
- Roll out the welcome mat for new patients, introduce them to our services, and answer burning questions
- Keep the good vibes flowing, ensuring everyone leaves with a smile
- Master of scheduling, especially for primary care, acute care, and some specialty care
- Check-in patients like a pro in our electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Collect, scan, and file patient info
- Verify patient insurance
- Help out low-income patients, guiding them where they need to be
- Collaborate with dental, medical, and admin colleagues for top-notch patient care
- Help patients navigate the tricky world of insurance enrollment
- Be the office all-rounder: photocopying, typing, faxing, and rocking the phones
