Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, compassionate and service-oriented Patient Service Representative to join the physical therapy team at our Exton clinic. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet patients as they arrive, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, verify patient benefits/process authorizations and collect patient payments. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Must be willing to work clinic hours: Monday and Wednesday 12:00pm - 8:00pm Tuesday and Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm
Responsibilities
Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, verify patient benefits
Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
Maintain a clean and inviting environment
Provide general customer service and attends to the needs of patients and other staff members
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Familiar with computers and scheduling software
Excellent multi-tasking skills
