Seeking a friendly and compassionate part-time evening Patient Service Representative to join the physical therapy team in Bryn Mawr. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, collect patient payments, assist therapist with various tasks needed in the clinic. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

Must be able to work each day Monday-Thursday 4:00 pm-8:00 pm

Greet patients as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience

Answer phone calls, schedule patient appointments, verify medical benefits

Assist patients with paperwork/forms

Maintain a clean and inviting environment

Provide general customer service and attends to the needs of patients and other staff members as requested

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Familiar with computers and scheduling software

Excellent multi-tasking skills
