Front Office Representative – Full-Time 📍 Chadds Ford, PA 🏢 Motive Sports & Physical Therapy

Motive Sports & Physical Therapy is looking for a Full-Time Front Office Representative to join our team at our Chadds Ford, PA clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive and seamless experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in/out patients in a professional, friendly manner

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments

Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations as needed

Collect co-pays and maintain accurate financial records

Maintain a clean and organized front office and clinic area

Assist with patient intake paperwork and data entry into EMR system

Support clinicians and staff with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior front desk or medical office experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Comfortable with technology and scheduling software (experience with EMR systems is a plus)

Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment with a positive attitude
