FULL-TIME CONTRACT RECRUITER (REMOTE - 1099) -- work remotely from your home or from ANYWHERE for a national recruiting company that has been in business for 30 years. We are the largest hospitality recruiting company in North America and have job orders we need your help in filling. As a Professional Recruiter, helping someone get a job is very rewarding. THIS IS A 1099, COMMISSION-BASED POSITION.

• We have jobs to be filled, a database of candidates, and a proven system for finding passive candidates
• No gatekeepers - candidates easily accessible
• Work from your own home office
• NO UPFRONT COST; no licensing or certification fees, no desk fee for 60 days
• COMMISSION-BASED POSITION (with no caps!)
• Typically, Recruiters earn $50k+ annually, with top producer earning 6-figures

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SELF-STARTER WHO IS RESULTS-ORIENTED:

• Sales or entrepreneurial experience
• Self-motivated and resourceful
• Strong work ethic with excellent time management skills
• Loves talking on the phone and has the ability to engage people in conversation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills -- will be tested
• Computer capable - good working knowledge of MS Word, internet skills, and an ability to learn new computer programs
• Outbound phone sales experience experience a strong plus
• Background in restaurants or hospitality industry is helpful but not required
• Must be able to pass a background check
