    Hourly pay: $18.00 to $22.00/hour based on experience and certifications

    Team Qualifications (Requirements):

    Desire to join a stellar team and contribute a positive attitude while providing world-class customer service to our community

    Ability to lead others from diverse backgrounds - conversational Spanish is a plus!

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to adapt to change

    Insurable driver's license/record

    Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed

    At least two years of demonstrated professional customer service. Knowledge of fine art, antiquities is a plus

    Technological expertise and proven success in mastering proprietary software programs, applications, and inventory tracking software

    Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

    Training of pack-out crew members on inventory documentation and control, packing, transportation and storage of contents, on-the-job safety, and relationship with other PDR staff

    Fostering relationship with and positive experience for property owner/manager

    Assisting customer with prioritizing and sorting objects to be restored versus alternative disposition including donation or disposal

    Foster an environment of collaboration and teamwork within the division and company

    Self-managing and time management skills

    Job schedule management and coordination

    Deliver thorough, proactive & direct communication with internal staff, customers, quality assurance and insurance adjusters.

    Re-inspect job sites for quality control.

    Issue resolution - be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in an effective and timely manner.

    Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks along with all company equipment.

    Supervise pack-outs and inventory/evaluation of items
