What are we offering? • Support staff includes: Operations Manager, Social Media Director, Marketing Director, and Business Coach • Operations Manager - manages escrows, contracts, and team meeting/activities  • Social Media Director - guaranteed 4 social media posts per week  • Marketing Director - access to top-quality marketing designs for listings • Business Coach - help with developing business plans, scripts, role play, and much more • Sierra CRM - Robust contact relationship management system offering data management, drip texting, dialer, and much more • Vulcan7 - the most accurate data source system for expired and canceled listings and neighborhood search • Mojo Dialer - 1-3 line dialer for calling expired, canceled, and neighborhoods • Systems: Spacio, Bombbomb, QR Code Generator, Trello, Slack, Google Suite, Mailchimp • Mastery level Tom Ferry coach Jeff Mays • Tom Ferry coaching library resources  • Weekly coaching and development calls • Training about development and teardown deals • Desk space at Hilton & Hyland Responsibilities: Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • At least two years of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience • Live within 30-minute driving distance to Beverly Hills Compensation: $80,000 - $250,000 per year (commission based)
