Job Description

We are seeking a designer to work with a dynamic in-house Creative team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, talented and excited about working across a wide range of projects and output types. Using our established brand guidelines, this individual will primarily develop online and digital marketing materials and support the day-to-day production and output of all email campaigns, social media and other creative needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop campaign concepts, banners, emails, social media imagery and website graphics.
• As needed, support packaging and printed collateral needs. Streamline processes to increase productivity and quality of executions.
• Deep understanding of agile working environments.

Qualifications

SKILLS:

• Digital design skills including site, email, and display a must.
• Proficient in Photoshop and additional Adobe software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate and understand the needs for each project
• Ability to assess priorities and work well under pressure; excellent time management, problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong production skills with ability to take direction and work closely with team members

KNOWLEDGE:

• Communicate and understand the needs for each project, understand how to present and explain design methodology and ideas.
• Must be proficient in Adobe CS6, Illustrator, InDesign and other Adobe CC
• Responsive Web Design and Motion Graphics ability a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

• BA in Graphic Design or related field
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design and production
• Cosmetic and/or skincare experience preferred
• A portfolio reflecting design abilities, as well as demonstrating creativity and attention to quality and detail.
