We seek a Pavement Maintenance Technician (PMT) for our Asheville crew. As the PMT, you will perform various projects for diverse clients across the region.

Job Summary

Our Pavement Maintenance Technicians utilize our specialized equipment and apply materials on pavement surfaces to provide maximum value for our clients' pavement assets.

Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt repair, crack filling, seal coating, and more

Plan and facilitate the operation of high-quality projects

Communicate job status daily with the Manager

Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site

Additional tasks as required

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING

A driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation

You are a self-motivated, resourceful person who likes to problem-solve

You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, communication, and attention to detail

Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)

Ability to work well independently and unsupervised

Seal coating and paving experience is a plus
