We are seeking a Pawnbroker/Sales Associate to join our team!

We are looking for the right person to train.

You must be have excellent customer service skills. You must be detail oriented, hardworking, responsible and follow all pawnbroking rules and regulations. You must be dependable, have reliable transportation and be able to pass a full background check.

We are looking for someone that is trustworthy and is willing to learn. Bilingual is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

• Prospect and contact potential customers

• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

• Create sales material to present to customers

• Processing loans, extensions and sales

• Adhering to all pawnbroking regulations, company procedures and policies

• Performing opening and closing duties

• Multitasking is a must in a fast paced work environment

• Ecommerce

• Interacting with customers, performing sales, taking payments, closing transactions, maintain cleanliness, daily reports, money reconciliation and inventory

• Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• 21 and over please
• No college degree required
• excellent work ethic
