We are hiring for a Pawnbroker/CSR with sales/customer service experience at our Pawn Shop. We are willing to pay $16-$20 per hour depending on your experience plus health, dental, vision Life insurance and 401k. You need to have 2 years pawnshop experience.

The right candidate will have experience with retail sales, is good working directly with people face to face and over the phone. The ability to do research on the internet is a must. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must be comfortable handling firearms. Must have significant knowledge of online sales sites (eBay, Amazon, Gun Broker, Guns.com, Craigslist) Must be 21 years old to apply. Must be able to pass a federal firearms background check also. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Writing Pawn loans and buying merchandise

Ability to work with customers on and off the phone

Ability to research items online using eBay, amazon, gun broker, craigslist and google

Document and update customer records

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bilingual, a plus
