Payer Enrollment Specialist needed at a Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio

Job Description:

-Complete and review Provider applications with accuracy and thoroughness, contact providers for application information when necessary, contact government agencies and managed care companies to obtain status and resolve discrepancies related to provider applications, and follow-up with physicians and assist with completing applications.

Compensation: $30/hr Schedule: 7AM-4PM 32-40 hours/week 13 weeks, renewable contract

Requirements: -Must have 5+ years of experience in Payer enrollment in a health system/hospital setting.

-Strong CAQH knowledge

-Strong Excel experience

-Cactus/ Symplr experience

--Must have experience with Joint Commission and other healthcare regulatory bodies.

-Must have worked previously in a hospital system

Will not accept any Nursing, allied or agency credentialing specialist experience.

Preferred: Cactus/Symplr, CAQH experience.
