    _$500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successful completion of first 90 days) _

    Position: Payroll and Accounting Specialist

    Location: Springfield, MA

    Rate of Pay: $22.00 Per hour

    Hours: 40 Hours per week

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

    Summary:

    • The Payroll & Accounting Specialist is the primary person responsible for the organization’s payroll functions, ensuring all employees and members are paid on time, accurately, and in compliance with multistate and federal regulations. Duties include accurate and timely reporting, billing, payment reconciliation, posting of all payroll and benefit related items

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma/GED or Hi-SET
    • Must have a valid license and a reliable vehicle

    Requirements:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have solid time management skills.
