  • Responsibilities

    Position Overview: The Payroll Administrative Assistant will support the payroll department in managing payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. This role involves data entry, record maintenance, and assisting with payroll-related inquiries.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees.
    • Input and maintain employee data in the payroll system.
    • Verify timesheets and resolve discrepancies in hours worked.
    • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management.
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
    • Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information.
    • Support other HR functions as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent;
    • Previous experience in payroll or administrative support is a plus.
    • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
