  • Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, including salary, hourly, and commission-based staff.
    • Ensure accurate and timely calculation of wages, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and other compensation elements.
    • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including changes in salaries, benefits, and tax withholdings.
    • Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Prepare and submit payroll tax filings, including federal, state, and local taxes.
    • Equity award processing
    • Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and company policies.
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll deductions promptly and professionally.
    • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to streamline payroll processes and resolve any discrepancies.
    • Generate and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
    • Stay current with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
    Skills:
    • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
    • Proficiency working with ADP Workforce Now and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of payroll processing.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
