Responsibilities: • Process semi-monthly payroll for all employees accurately and timely • Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system • Generate payroll reports for management review • Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations • Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and issues Qualifications: • Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills • Experience in HR Management • Experience in Payroll Processing - large company • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Bachelor's degree or graduation from a two-year college program in a related discipline is preferred but not required • Are knowledgeable of GSuite (Google Docs) and have the technical aptitude to learn new systems • A great conversationalist and email writer, with the ability to quickly build rapport and credibility • Able to create and manage a detailed monthly newsletter • Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you • A constant drive to improve the experience of our employees and our internal processes: "How can I make things better?"
