Are you a seasoned Payroll Manager ready to take your career to the next level? Our client, a growing and dynamic organization, is seeking a talented professional to lead their payroll department.

As the Payroll Manager, you will oversee the entire payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees. You'll be responsible for compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, managing payroll systems, and collaborating with HR and Finance to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Title: Payroll Manager 

Location: 2-3 Days On-Site in either the Westlake, CA, or Santa Ana, CA locations 

Compensation: Up to $110k DOE + 401k match + Medical/Dental/Vision + PTO + More!

Qualifications for Success: 

• 6+ years of experience overseeing payroll operations across multiple states and leading a payroll department.
• 3+ Years of experience with UKG Pro Payroll and UKG Time & Attendance
• Experience processing payroll for multi-state (ideally all 50 states)
• Experience with a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is a plus!
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
