Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Payroll and office admin to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Accounting department to maintain accurate payroll records and ensure the company’s compliance with all legal requirements. Your responsibilities will include entering and verifying new hire packets, printing and filing certain reports, and sending reports to various departments. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, highly organized, independent, fast learning and able to solve problems that may arise.
Responsibilities
Enter new hire packet information into ADP Run
Verify the accuracy of time cards, missing punches, identification
Prepare the payroll for processing
Filing of any important notices, opening mail to organize into bill trays
Pulling reports from emails, sending to various departments and responding and follow up
Answering phones, filing, ordering office supplies, and other various office duties
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
Experience is hospitality
Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
