    BASE PAY RANGE: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

    Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Payroll Specialist to manage the daily business activities and administrative tasks required to process multiple payrolls accurately and timely. The Payroll Specialist’s responsibilities include analyzing, inputting and verifying payroll information, utilizing current Time and Attendance HRIS software system. Specialist will also coordinate payroll process with HR Coordinators and Hiring Managers throughout various Global locations to ensure all payrolls are completed timely and accurately.

    To be successful as a Payroll Specialist, you should be able to work independently, possess attention to details, work in a highly complex, demanding environment and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Key Areas of Responsibilities

    · Utilize and maintain various accounting software systems effectively

    · Process and manage payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

    · Provide support to employees’ payroll inquiries, offering clear explanations and solutions

    · Handle and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees

    · Oversee and execute auditing activities related to payroll and accounting

    · Maintain payroll records and compliance with multi-state federal, state, and local wage and hour laws

    · Carry out accounting functions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles

    · Manage payroll garnishments as per applicable laws and regulations

    · Maintain and update employee payroll records

    · Process and post payment amounts to ensure timely payroll

    Requirements

    · Two-three years’ experience in a payroll or accounting role.

    · Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

    · Strong understanding of Accounting Functions

    · Proven experience in Auditing

    · Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion

    · Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

    · High level of accuracy and attention to detail

    · Strong numerical skills

    · Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

    · Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

    · Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred

    · Relevant certifications in Payroll or Accounting would be advantageous
