    Job Description

    We are seeking a reliable individual to assist our Payroll and Finance Department. No prior finance experience is required—just a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic office software. The ideal candidate will work closely with our experienced team to ensure smooth financial operations and accurate payroll processing.

    Key Responsibilities

    Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy.

    Maintain and update payroll records under the guidance of the finance team.

    Support basic accounts payable/receivable tasks.

    Help with financial data entry and organization.

    Assist in preparing financial reports and documents as needed.

    Provide administrative support to the payroll and finance team.

    Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and basic financial matters.

    Qualifications

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Docs is required.

    Strong willingness to learn and take direction.

    Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Basic understanding of office software and data entry.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
