Time Commitment: 40 hours per week. Exact schedule to be determined based on business need.

**Global Partnerships & Strategic Development 1: **Our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) portfolio is a powerhouse collection of consumer-first brands, supported by media industry leaders, Comcast, NBCUniversal and Sky. We embrace authenticity and inspire people to thrive. This role will sit within Peacock’s Partner Marketing organization, a group which evaluates, manages, and executes partnership opportunities. The team is looking for an intern to provide support to the strategy and analysis of live and potential business opportunities. This role will be highly cross functional, working closely with Decision Sciences, Forecasting, Finance, and Marketing to ensure the right insights and intelligence is shared.
Global Partnerships & Strategic Development 2: Strategic Growth & Development oversees proposition strategy, growth strategy, and innovation strategy for Peacock and the broader DTC business. Initiatives led by SG&D are highly cross-functional, meaning an intern will get exposure to many parts of the business including Product, Marketing, Decision Sciences, Media Group Strategy, and more. The intern will be paired with full-time and rotational team members to support 1 – 2 initiatives. The intern can expect to contribute to quantitative and qualitative analyses that support growth recommendations. They will also have the opportunity to support strategic operations driving the implementation of growth initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities will include: assisting in analyzing growth initiatives to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement across the business, supporting the development and execution of pilot programs for innovative projects, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting of outcomes, conducting competitive intelligence research to track market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences, and summarizing findings for the team.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
Must be actively enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited institution during the entire duration of the program (June 2025 through August 2025). May 2025 graduates are not eligible for our Summer 2025 Internship Program.
Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits).
Must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require work visa sponsorship from NBCUniversal now or in the future to retain authorization to work in the United States.
Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA.
For further clarification, candidates currently on any student or exchange visa (e.g. F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, J-1, M-1) are not eligible to apply unless they will be able to change or adjust to another status that grants work authorization without NBCUniversal sponsorship.
NBCUniversal is an E-Verify company, requiring all employees to have an active Social Security number. Any candidate receiving an internship offer must complete I-9 form with Social Security number within 3 days of hire.
Desired Characteristics:
Students with class standing of junior or above preferred.
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Strong interest in marketing, media, and/or entertainment.
Excellent organization, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Strong writing and critical-thinking skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), enabling effective data analysis and visualization to support decision-making and insight generation.
Strong analytical skills and qualitative skills, with the ability to distill clear insights from complex data and information, enhancing strategic recommendations.
Quantitative undergraduate coursework.
Experience with Tablueau is a plus.
The hourly rate for undergraduate student interns is $17.50.
The hourly rate for graduate student interns is $25.00.
