Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Dentist to join our team at The Smile Institute! As a pediatric dentist in our office you will have the flexibility of determining your own schedule as there is a separate wing of the building devoted to pediatric dental care. The kid-friendly building was custom built by an established orthodontist and has become a local landmark as there is a giant tooth on the building. The ideal candidate has an excellent bedside manner, especially with children, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well both in a team environment and independently.

Qualifications

Must hold current NJ state dental license

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with Dentrix software desired

Familiarity with best practices when it comes to diagnosing and treating caries.
