    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pediatric Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy pediatric practice. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of medical assistants, receptionists, and administrative staff, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently.

    Responsibilities:

    Oversee and manage daily operations of the pediatric practice

    Supervise and train medical assistants, receptionists, and administrative staff

    Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate with medical providers

    Manage patient accounts and billing, including working with insurance companies and collecting payments

    Maintain and update patient records using electronic medical records (EMR), specifically Eclinical Works

    Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including the New Jersey Vaccine for Children Program

    Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care

    Monitor and maintain inventory of medical and office supplies

    Handle patient complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

    Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families

    Qualifications:

    Associate or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred or the equivalent in experience

    Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in a pediatric setting

    Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically Eclinical Works

    Knowledge of the New Jersey Vaccine for Children Program and other state and federal regulations

    Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

    Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
