Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

The Position: Our client is looking for a qualified Pediatric NP to join their talented team in a full-time outpatient capacity, located in the Austin area (multiple clinic openings). They are offering the following compensation and benefits package:

• $115,000 - $140,000+ Base Salary (Based on Experience)

Requirements:

• BC in Pediatrics (PNP)
• Current Texas Medical License
• Passion for Working with a Diverse Local Community
• 2+ Years Experience Preferred (No New Grads)
• Current BLS Certification
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) A Must - for South Austin, Only

Responsibilities:

• Full-Time Schedule: 8Am–5Pm, Monday Through Friday (Depending On Location)
• EMR: Athena One
• 100% Outpatient Opportunity
• No Weekends, Late Nights, Or Holidays
• No Hospital Work Or Rounding
• Call Is Phone-Only
• Daily Patient Schedule: 24 Slots With A 20% No-Show Rate
• Providers Typically See 18–20 Patients Per Day
• Standard Appointments Are 20 Minutes, With Extended Time Available For Complex Cases Or Language Barriers
