    We are looking for passionate and dynamic Pediatric Occupational Therapists to join our team at Mighty Minds and Muscles Therapy & Coaching Services. Our team is growing, and we have flexible, part-time to full-time opportunities available for both school-based and clinic-based work.

    Locations:

    School-based caseloads available in all 5 NYC boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island, Queens

    Clinic-based work: Tribeca, Manhattan

    Home-based sessions: All areas of NYC

    Available Roles:

    Combination School and Clinic OT Roles

    Flexible hours: Monday to Friday (for school caseloads) and Monday to Sunday (for clinic/home visits)

    Part-time or Full-time opportunities available – you choose your schedule!

    Weekend availability is a plus!

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and implementing therapy sessions

    Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (teachers, special educators, other therapists) to deliver comprehensive care

    Engaging children through innovative, fun, and meaningful activities that go beyond traditional therapy

    Mentoring junior therapists and contributing to program development

    Our Ideal Candidate:

    Pediatric experience is required (new grads with fieldwork experience considered for school caseloads)

    Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and creative, with a passion for working with children

    Able to work independently but open to mentorship and learning opportunities

    Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

    Licensed in New York State (NJ OT license a bonus!)

    Willing to invest in their professional growth and development through ongoing mentorship and continuing education

    Ability to obtain NYC DOE Fingerprinting and clearance immediately

    Compensation:

    Pay Range: starting $60 - $75/hr (dependent on experience, caseloads, and performance)

    1099 Contractor position

    Our clinic is located in lower Manhattan. Mighty Minds and Muscles provides a dynamic, collaborative, and supportive environment for therapists. We offer OT, PT, Speech Therapy and tutoring onsite as a multi-disciplinary neurodevelopmental approach.
