About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at Revolution USA in Fayetteville, NC. This role offers the opportunity to work with children and make a positive impact on their lives through occupational therapy.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients

Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve motor skills and mobility

Collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide education and support

Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members

Stay current with best practices and advancements in pediatric occupational therapy

Requirements:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

Licensed as a Occupational Therapist in the state of North Carolina

Prior experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
